While at Dream as a graphic designer and marketing assistant, I created content for various social media campaigns. This role provided me with extensive experience in producing multiple forms of content while adhering to the provided brand guidelines. I produced engaging reels, motion graphics, social media graphics, and email marketing materials.
Black Equity CAmpaign
For this campaign, I was responsible for posting pre-created material provided by our partners. However, I had the creative freedom to enhance and customize the designs to better align with Dream’s brand identity. I seized this opportunity to redesign some of the provided social media content, adding personality and flair to attract potential participants.
My primary goal was to encourage a diverse audience across Canada to join the study by scanning the QR code or following the provided link. This study investigates how work integration social enterprises impact Black participants, highlighting their unique challenges in the labour market. It also includes other racial groups to compare long-term trends in labour market experiences.
